Privacy controls

Disconnect an account or request data deletion.

CML Studio provides an in-product disconnect control and an email process for requests involving connected-account data, uploaded videos, and publishing records.

Option one

Disconnect TikTok immediately

  1. 1

Sign in to your CML Studio workspace.

  2. 2

    Open the TikTok Account section.

  3. 3

Select Disconnect beside the account you want to remove.

Disconnect removes the locally stored TikTok authorization record, including its encrypted access and refresh tokens. It does not delete your TikTok account or posts already published on TikTok.

Option two

Request deletion of associated data

Email support@pigcml.top from the address associated with your CML Studio access. Use the subject “CML Studio data deletion request.”

State which data you want deleted, such as a connected TikTok account record, uploaded video, publishing history, or your CML Studio access record. Do not include passwords, OAuth tokens, client secrets, or other sensitive credentials.
