By using CML Studio, you agree to these terms. CML Studio provides tools for authorized video publishing and social media management workflows.

Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your CML Studio credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You may connect and publish only to third-party accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with applicable laws and the rules of each connected platform.

User content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You must own or have all licenses, music rights, permissions, privacy rights, and other authority necessary to upload, process, and publish it. You grant CML Studio only the limited permission necessary to host, validate, preview, process, and transmit content to provide the operations you request.

Publishing choices and disclosures

You are responsible for reviewing the selected creator, caption, privacy, interaction settings, commercial-content disclosures, and other publishing choices before confirming a post. You must provide accurate disclosures and comply with applicable advertising, branded-content, music, intellectual-property, and platform rules.

Prohibited use

You may not upload or publish unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized content. You may not disrupt service security, bypass access controls or platform restrictions, evade rate limits, or use the service for unauthorized automation.

TikTok and third-party services

TikTok is an independent third-party service. CML Studio is not an official TikTok product and is not endorsed, certified, or approved by TikTok unless explicitly stated after verifiable authorization. TikTok-related functions are subject to TikTok APIs, permissions, authorization scopes, rate limits, application review status, policies, availability, and platform changes.

Availability and changes

The service or individual API-dependent features may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free availability and may perform maintenance or security updates.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. CML Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, third-party platform decisions, failed publishing, interruptions, or data loss. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Termination and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, legal requirements, security risk, or service discontinuation. You may stop using the service, disconnect a third-party account, or request deletion of associated data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where reasonably required for security, legal obligations, or disputes.

Updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
