Terms of Service

Effective: August 13, 2026

By using CML Studio, you agree to these terms. The service provides tools and infrastructure intended to support video publishing and social media management workflows.

Accounts and user responsibility

You are responsible for authorized use, accurate information, protecting credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You must have all rights and permissions necessary for content you upload or publish.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, security-disrupting, or unauthorized automated activity, or attempt to bypass access controls.

User content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process, and transmit it to provide requested services. You are solely responsible for legality, accuracy, and compliance of that content.

Third-party platforms and APIs

Connections to third-party platforms may depend on their APIs, review processes, availability, rules, rate limits, and terms. CML Studio is not endorsed or certified by those platforms unless explicitly stated with verifiable authorization. Features may change or stop when third-party requirements change.

Availability and changes

The service may be modified, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may perform maintenance or security changes.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. CML Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, failed third-party publishing, or data loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, abuse, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. You may stop using the service at any time.

Updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
